My good friend Harry asked me to cover “Rocketman” by Elton John for a movie he was making about 4 months ago. I worked on it solid for about a week and then stuff came up that sidelined the project - fast-forward to now and I finally got around to finishing it.
It was pretty fun to experiment with different sounds/ideas and I’m feeling good about how it turned out although the mix isn’t perfect and the original is obviously better. Definitely different than what I expected to produce. Also included is a picture of Colin and I at some weird NASA thing.
