I didn’t plan to record a song this weekend, but this just sort of happened. I kept it pretty simple - just drums, bass, guitar, and vocals - and did it in a much shorter time frame than I am used to. No synths (yet - still a demo) and relatively sparse production. I like how the song interplays with the lyrics (which I am more keen on than usual). Anyway, I really like how it turned out so I might try something like this again in the future.
